Pucon Shopping
Shopping in Pucon is like shopping in any resort town-the wares tend to be a bit pricy, but nearly every shop carries high-end products that are sure to satisfy any demand you have for the highest quality goods.
Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, the town's main street, is brimming with shops that sell leather goods, finely woven tapestries, and hand carved wooden sculptures, to name a few sought after items.
Pucon is also a great place to find warmer winter clothes-from trendy and expensive Bogner ski jackets (a European import), to suede overcoats, hand-woven alpaca sweaters, scarves, hats and gloves, you'll find it all while you're walking the streets of town.
If you're worried about the price tags that many of the goods carry, don't despair. One should never underestimate a resort town's capacity to appeal to the masses-souvenir stands still sell items like shot glasses, stickers, postcards, ponchos, carvings, and other trinkets.
